It is happening with Optifine I think? It does this on Forge and Optifine, and I have not experienced this with vanilla 1.7.

When that happens to me it usually means my chunk loading got set on multi core.Posted on 31 March 2016 - 09:19 AM
It's because your chunk loading is most likely on "Multi-core", switch it to "Smooth".Posted on 31 March 2016 - 10:52 AM
