Elo-Boosting

I have a question about people who elo-boosted.Why isn't the Elo of them beeing set to 1400 again?
I thought it would be fair for the other people which try to get a good position in a ladder but their are a lot of elo boosted people before them.
I just wondered.

I think it's an elo reset if you get banned for hacking, and someone requests it. On the 2nd occasion of elo manipulating you get wiped I believePosted on 01 April 2016 - 11:44 AM

Anytime you elo manipulate your elo is reset, doesn't have to be 2nd offense.Posted on 01 April 2016 - 12:44 PM
