Arrows+Other items not de-spawning

I have played multiple matches of builduhc and other ladders such as archer where items haven't de-spawned and are left inside the arena.For example a match of builduhc i had played earlier ended up in someone using over a stack of arrows on me and still having spare.
I will admit that i have picked up random items like pearls recently but dropped them or not used them due to the advantage they give.
i dont know what exactly causes this but i feel it needs fixing.

the fact this glitch/bug happens is shown by them having 2 bows and 2 separate stacks of arrows.
