Lately there have been many famous players playing on either their viewers' accounts or other players' accounts after they have died in the uhc. Just as sacrificing is now bannable, this should be bannable too because every player cant just join on other people's accounts and play the same uhc multiple times. This frustrates me because when i played uhcs a lot more actively back in the summer, people only played on their own account, or one of their alternate accounts, so if you saw a person, you would know who it was, and not another famous player that might be much better than the owner of the account. And now, stats arent even accurate representations of the players' skill because a famous player could have played and won a uhc on said player's account and now the player is seen as much better than they actually are. On the other hand, players, like me, with bad uhc stats have had uhcs ruined because they tried to take a cave fight against someone they had never heard of, but in turn was a very known and skilled player. To sum it up:
-Famous players, and the player giving the account to the famous, should be temporarily banned for the same time as sacrificing because not all players can just hop on another account to play the same uhc 2 and 3 times and to try to win after already having won 100+ in the past.
I view this as an unfair advantage because the new account may have better gear than what the famous player had but they just got everything for free without having to do any of the work.
+1 or -1 and explain why if -1

+1You should only get 1 chance at a UHC. It would be hard to enforce though.

At the end of the day, it's up to the players if they want to give their account to a streamer. They aren't forced into doing it. If we were to introduce a rule for this, we would look like complete dicks to the player base, who just want to watch streams for entertainment and if the streamer dies early then that's their entertainment ruined for the next hour or so. It would also be too hard to control as well as it would only target streamers because if we introduced it as a rule we would have to make sure regular players aren't using a friends account after they die, which would be literally impossible to control.Posted on 02 April 2016 - 08:12 AM
-1 I used to think this too until someone pointed out that it's the streamers who do this. It would kind of defeat the purpose of streaming a UHC if you die early.Posted on 02 April 2016 - 11:44 AM

I understand what you are saying but many famous players get one of their viewers accounts to play on almost every uhc. its unfair to all other players because the streamer is basically getting revived, which doesnt happen to everyone.

I understand that, but it's up to the players if they want to give them another chance. Plus, I don't see any harm in giving the streamer another account, when all they want to do is to play to entertain. It's not harming the community, if anything it's making it better because streamers are able to keep streaming and provide entertaining content, advertising the server. Oh well, it may not be considered "fair", but making everything fair is literally impossible.
