[1.9] Kicked for Flying Bug

In 1.9, about every 15-20 matches, I will lag at the very start of a fight and then get kicked for flying. My connection to the server is fine, I can join back straight away, and my ping is no higher than usual.I wouldn't mind, but I don't want to get falsely banned or something. Please fix <3

Incase you dont know what this means, it means that minecraft is owned by microsoft aka the owner of xbox and windows(good) and a few other stuff
