When I was an active PvPer, I beat almost everyone you guys listed frequently.Some people who I respected for PvP would be:
(Not in order in any way. Just people I respect: Not from good to bad or anything.)
1.Hattowolf
2.Draichot
3.Viprite (Really, really, really good at comboing. Not a crit whore or anything. When I played, he wasn't good at debuffing, though. c;)
I respected some other people I can't recall, frankly. This is from my PvP perspective. This isn't how you PvP now, it's when I was an active decent PvPer.
