Leaderboards suggestion

Hello,So I've been playing a bit of kohi recently and I found out they have country based leaderboards
Example: https://kohi.net/practice/country/NL
I'd like something like this on badlion too, I think it'd give a totally new aspect to the competitive game
And okay.. I can understand countries will be a bit hard, because not everyone's IP is that reliable to judge in what country he lives. But I think it will be able to make EU, AU and NA leaderboards, by just checking wether the ign has locked on most to the EU, AU or NA servers… right?
