@ItsAura change your password to your main and try logging back in.Shortly after I bought my cape I had to do this so I could get my account back

I feel like it's completely relevant to tag the senior mods in the situation as they would be fully capable of helping you in and with any process that may be preventing you from progressing and therefore preventing you from playing badlion@seniormods
