GCheat does false ban, not very often, but it does, if the player was banned unfairly I think they should be given another chance, like Zex.He has never downloaded any cheat on his PC

Unfairly banned players are unbanned. That's the point of the appeal system. If someone pleads not guilty to a GCheat ban, a staff member looks over their logs to determine whether they were actually cheating. Yeah your friend was cheating, like the people above me said, when they are false banned, their ban is removed from their punishment page.However this isn't the case for your buddy, as he was cheating.
I'm not going to argue with you about this either, this is the truth and nothing is going to change it.
