By that I mean my actual skill level might put me there. I haven't played enough archer against good people this season to really get me very high elo.

Nah but the fact of the matter is that at the highest level in the current bow meta shits a coin toss, but short range takes the most skill and the quickest thinking at the moment (unless you're the guy that drops 1 million arrows to get a shot in), so I'd say Doe is probably the best, but there are definitely some people pretty close. It definitely doesn't. At this point in the game, long range is all slow reactions and getting in a lucky shot, whereas short range includes prediction on top of reaction.
