I think most people that play skywars ranked just HATE those tiny little maps. Multiple times a day, I am knocked off because the person is that I fight either takes less knockback or is closer to the middle of the map or they just hit me off. It's really annoying losing 30 elo to a 1350 because they got a 2 hit and you got knocked off and everyone knows its much harder to gain elo then to lose it. So yeah, just a suggestion. +1 from me. I haven't really started playing ranked Skywars yet because I'm still learning how to build bridges the really fast and effective way, but I can see how this would be an issue.Posted on 15 April 2016 - 07:59 PM
most of the maps are too big imo…skywars is hardly even bridging anymore, it's all normal fighting.I know what map you mean tho its ridiculous

the bigger the map the more advantage to the faster bridger. Is that what you want?Posted on 16 April 2016 - 03:17 AM

The basic concept is to ONLY be crouched/shifted at the very edge of a block in order to keep you from falling off the map. Instead of holding shift the whole building time, you let go of it right after you place a block and right before you place the next block.
Am I correct, @Hivlik?

@Hivlik I would definitely be okay with that over losing 30 elo to 1300's multiple times a day because they get a lucky two hit combo or I take more kb or the server happens to be laggy etc.Posted on 16 April 2016 - 08:01 AM
You are I am practicing it rn on single player. Just have tobfet the feel of it and have a pattern, I find it helps to cou tPosted on 16 April 2016 - 11:02 AM

Lmao I'm the exact opposite cause then it doesn't feel like skywars, that's why I prefer smaller maps :PPosted on 17 April 2016 - 09:26 AM

Smaller maps are okay but I'm mainly talking about that map that is literately 5x5. No skywars maps are like that.

Same! I hate the huge 100x100 map because people camp. The sandstone one is good because you can see the person and they can't sneak up on you like some of the maps with a lot of buildings and stuff.
