So everyday since i was off spring break i have been playing on NA West, Since i am west coast, but every single time i go on there's no staff members on, and even i tried applying for Mod on there but i never got a response and this is a re-occurring issue, just last night i found a hacker but i couldnt record, and GCheat Never caught him, i reported him but then i saw no mods were on, I havent seen 1 mod on NA West 1 Arena PvP since March 12th which is over 1 month ago, i am tired of having tons of hackers on NA West but no staff team to help out on there, please tell me what i should do. Iirc, but reports are global. So if someone reports an NA East player and a mod is on NA West (or more commonly vice versa) then the mod will still be informed. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if you think youd be a good mod, go ahead and apply! It's inaccurate yes but the ratio of staff on west and east is like 1-4

Yes But it was an example, as of right now theres not any mods on NA West Right now

You have to remember, there are 3 NA East servers while there is only 1 NA West server. If someone gets reported on NA West, then all the other arena mods can see it and come to spectate. You also have to remember that West doesn't get as much players as East, so we prioritize East more than we do West. Us arena mods get many false reports. Personally, I don't check someone until they have at least x2 reports on them, unless it's something like speed or flying, something obvious then I check it right away. As well as, we don't revive reports from other places until they have x2 reports, should've stated that before. I think personally we have enough West mods as well as East mods willing to mod on West, it's just a matter of when you log on and when they log on.
