Global Rule 22 - You are not allowed to exchange virtual items or services for real life money or other items not on the Network. Examples: Selling clans/accounts for money, exchanging minecraft accounts for items from another game/server, such as CS:GO, etc.Selling UHC wins/stats or ELO boosting is and always has been against Badlion rules. If you want to increase a friends ELO by playing on their account or giving them a UHC stat win, that's fine for now, but you HAVE TO DO IT FOR FREE.
ELO/rank boosting in all games is pretty much forbidden ( League of Legends, for example - http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=3553370 ) as it undermines the competitive nature of our server.
If I wanted UHC stats or ELO to be purchasable, I would have made it that way on our store.
Players buying these services will receive a 1 month ban + ELO wipe and players selling these services will receive a 1 month IP ban and all his accounts and accounts suspected of receiving boosts (free or paid) from his IP will also be ELO wiped. Repeat offenders (buyers or sellers) will be permanently IP banned. Attempting to loophole will result in perm IP bans first offense.
We will not be retroactively punishing for this before April 17, 2016 11:59 PM EDT (even though it has always been against the rules). Starting Monday, any selling of these services afterwards might (will) result in accounts boosted before this date to also be wiped however.
We are still discussing the sharing of accounts for free for the reason of boosting, but do not have an official statement, so as of now it's allowed.

How will you catch people making these transactions because they're probably all going to be done privately if they are done, especially if you continue allow people to play on each other's accounts for free to elo boost?Edit: feel free to pay me I will make your elo extremely average for just 11 pesos
