Ping Probem

Hello, Over the past while I have been getting horrible ping to NA servers, I live in Mississippi and I get 120 Ping and I have the same problem with Kohi yet I still have very good pig on big servers like McGamer which I get around 50 Ping and I was wondering what can I do about this? If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,

where is mississsisipi? mid west/west/east?and u get 50 ping to mcgamer too lol and 120 ping to both kohi and badlion(na)
