Pot Elo reset at the begining of the season and L

So when the reset happened something happened to pots and gapple. I was playing nodebuff and kohi and i got a lot of looses because of laggers and shit. Now someone reset the pot pvp elo and for the global if you see i still have the looses. I dont want that to stay because it really affects my global KDR. So i kindly ask if you could fix that. And this is my second post about this and one of the admins replied and said he fixed it and it never fixed it.- TastyTaco <3
