Maybe i could do an app that notifies you when a UHC is and save your stats/fights to your phone so you can view how your fights went offline.. and even add special feature to watch friends?This would all be free of course.

I would like that. Also if they can there should be a broadcast so when there is a UHC or UHCMINI so they can know what's going on or watch.Also this could be something different from other servers. Look at mineplex IT'S DIFFERENT but in a good way. They have a great mini game. Bridges. We saw youtubers play bridges but mineplex upgraded it. Also I think you should be able to win rank matches or something else. Which also gives them a chance to make coins for something.
