Two things:

This occurs sometimes when I'm trying to search for a player

I got notifications of people responding to my threads, but as I click on them, I don't have permission to read them

"400 Bad Request

The server could not comply with the request since it is either malformed or otherwise incorrect.

No permission to read here."

What's with that?

The bad request thing can happen from people tagging you or quoting you in threads that are deleted or in areas of forums that you don't have access to, like staff forums or a private clan forum.

I am aware of that, but if it was deleted it would say "No such thread exists" and I'm not staff so I can't post on the staff section

One thing I know is that if I close my browser and open it again, and try to search for a player without refreshing the page first, then it happens.

Yeah well the issue has to do with page refreshes, phone sessions, and IP changes.
