A owner of a non premium server have all badlion maps
example : spawn of arenapvp and maps of arenapvp

All the maps for arena you can not find on any other servers, we do not have downloads for the maps, not one.

Another server can still copy the maps whether or not they have a download for it.

I think he need to stop her server because he didnt work at these maps.I think the owner can make copyright.

the logo, gcheat, and shit like that are definitely copyrighred, but maps? the server's plugins and trademarked logos can definitely be argued for in court, but I don't think maps can be

Hypixel maps are copyrighted, no clue how but they are

If any servers are low-level enough to copy our maps I doubt they're going to be popular considering they're having to copy other maps, and not get people to make new ones. If any popular servers do blatantly copy our maps I'm sure then there will be some legal issues. But I guess for now we don't have to worry about it too much.
But that's just my opinion
