I see tons of decent players in my country (Portugal) beeing treated like average players on badlion.The time has come, that someone breaks it down to most of you.
I am a really good jitter clicker. I get 13 clicks per second, on a good day.
I know how to strafe, and I played minecraft pvp, for like 2 years now.
Still, it comes to a point where practice doesn´t mean ANYTHING. And I am beeing completely honest, it doesn´t.
People that have good internet (most of those "badlion gods" that are absolute trash in other server´s) rely on their internet for a win. I am not complaining on how this isn´t fair. It isn´t, it is a fact, but it´s as fair as it can get.
I am saying that these people shouldn´t say that they are more skilled than the other, because of freaking internet connection,
If you are unware of what advantages ping gives you, here are some, for example:
1- The bow pullback is quicker ( do not even try to argue on this, i am 100% sure, it was tested in the old days, not even for pvp purposes)
This is mainly why you see pingers pulling their bow back and getting a full pullback before you. Its like they move quicker. Except they dont.
2- Rod´s are easier to hit, and go further
This is absolutely awfull for everyone, because pingers can spam their rod so easily, and most of the people can only use it, switching slots, and waiting some time.
3- Hits register first.
I am not even commenting on how unfair this is.

High Ping is a huge advantage because you tank knockback for .5-2 seconds which makes it impossible to combo you without the rod. While you aren't taking knockback we're getting hit multiple times. Once we are almost able to get another hit in you, you fly back 10 blocks because of delayed knockback. Ping really doesn't matter that much lol… If you get used to a certain ping, you can get good with it. There are advantages of having high ping too.Posted on 24 April 2016 - 10:09 AM
