Check out MiggsMiffer's profile…He /spawn's to maintain a low elo and then drains people. I don't really care (even though I was a victim) because elo doesn't really matter to me, but i was wondering if this is bannable. If it is not, i think it should be, for its elo manipulation. If it is, then I have no clue how this guy hasn't been banned already considering the fact that he has played 1500+ matches this season. I did not create a ban report since I don't want to get banned for posting a minor offense or something stupid like that, but I will if someone can confirm if this would be appropriate to report…Posted on 24 April 2016 - 04:30 PM

don't be afraid to report, the mods won't ban you for unknowingly creating reports for minor offenses.
