Better sprinting....

Hello staff and others,I am DapperFadora I am using the better sprinting mod I am using it to show that I can take knockback I am using the 1.8.8 version and it is with forge I almost never use it because it causes lag and I just found out yesterday that it was illegal I had no intent on breaking the rules while using it just to show that it does allow me to take knockback.
