6-7 consecutive times today alone I've been drained from 1850 down to 1775 because 1400's are camping* and bow spamming. Whenever I report the staff didn't do anything nor say anything to me. They just remained AFK. The staff should be expected to at least do their job…*By camping I literally mean camping, going to a corner and blocking themselves up with 4-5 layers of wood.

We, as staff, are still people. Being staff is a huge responsibility, and with that you have lots of work to do. It is quite hard to get to every single report, although we try.As quoting back to my last statement, we are still people, and we go AFK at times, as like any player has. After all, we are still human beings, and we cannot be put to work every second of the day.
Also, staff get constantly messaged for help. If you message them, do it POLITELY and wait patiently. Not every staff member can respond right away, as they are either AFK or helping another player.

Maybe they were playing. Maybe they were spectating a player that got reported. Maybe they were busy helping someone that requested assistance before you.Posted on 25 April 2016 - 07:26 PM

a) camping ruins the game just as much as hacking, plus it's more frustrating.
a) Mods can control camping in the middle of a match, by warning the camper/eventually kicking them. Mods can't ban hackers in the middle of a match, and most reports come from the middle of matches.
b) camping can't be reported on the forums while hacking can, so if mods can deal with camping straightaway and only straightaway, shouldn't they consider camping reports as a first/second priority?
d) most camping reports aren't false, unlike hack reports.

Aren't staff not supposed to be afk? I remember staff would kick each other for going afk before.

In addition, it wasn't just one or two staff members online, there were several. Notably m0xy and MasterGberry, as well as 4-5 other moderators. As previously stated, why aren't things not permitted to be reported more important over things that are? GCheat alone will catch most hackers, why prioritize banning hackers over preventing a 1400 from dropping a 1900 by bowspamming in a corner, all blocked up?Posted on 25 April 2016 - 09:52 PM

Probably around 80% of the reports I get of any kind, hacking or camping, are false. Most campers either stop by the time I've tped or are doing something scummy but not technically illegal.Posted on 26 April 2016 - 04:14 PM
Whenever I report campers, usually in 2v2, it doesn't take long for staff to tp to me and give the campers a warning. (Maybe you can try to PM the staff member?)
