Hey.So based on my title you already know what I want to get across. We need moar staff members. On average, I see 3-5 staff members on a single server, like NA East 1. But this is not even close to enough. NA East 1 usually has around 700-900 players, so the staff-player ratio is above 1:200…… So the following changes can be made:
1. The staff members have to be more active.
2. We need to get more staff members. Right now we have no trail-mods according to the staff page.
3. The staff members online have to always moderate and can't play, which I don't think is fair.
The most logical ones are 1 and 2. For example, I can list several staff members that aren't active on the forums or even in game. But obviously, we cannot force staff members to be more active, so the easier one would be 2. There are 9k Badlion players, if only 5% of those are qualified for staff, and half of that 5% get accepted, then we would almost triple our staff team size.

I feel as though we have a fair amount of staff members. Staff apps are always open, so if you feel like there isn't enough you could apply for yourself. There will be trials in due time, we just got to wait.Last edited on 26 April 2016 - 06:48 AM by Cavasi

Like he said, we should not lower our standards for our staff members just so we can have more numbers.
We don't exactly need THAT many more people. Applications are always open, everyone is welcome to apply

There is no such thing as the one on one mod who stays with you and watches you 24/7 to make sure you are safe. We sometimes watch over servers with 1k people all by ourselves, but that doesn't mean we don't get anything done. As Cavasi said, apps are always open

i never seem to get any reply whenever I report except in uhc and their reason is they have to manage a whole 1k player and saying they have the right to play too
badlion needs to lower the requirements+be a little more strict like at least 2 hours of on duty or something a day

Would you rather a tonne of crap mods that are abusive and punish for pointless reasons or have good staff members that can fulfill their duties, but in smaller number?
