How often can you create Staff Applications.

I made a staff app 2 weeks (and it says after 2 week of no reply assume you are denied) So I a wondering when or if I can create another application anytime in the near future.Thanks, leZeus
PS. I only made this thread because it has been 2 weeks and I assume I am denied. Please don't take this as me asking staff to check my application.
