Well, this merge is a really good thing IMO because:

1. Less cheaters since GCheat + AntiSkid are going to be combined.
2. The new players coming in will have to follow our chat rules which means limited toxicity.
3. More staff meaning more protection against chat and hackers.
4. Community becomes more united, creating a larger competitive atmosphere.
5. Bigger community = bigger events = more competitive = more fun

There is, some of us don't want sweaty rodspammers on Kohi, and not to mention Kohi players won't be too happy about getting a better anticheat, it will lose half its population to GCheat.

I'm not a Kohi player so I don't know too much about the server. But, imagine you are part of a community with its own groups, and regulars, and jokes, and traditions, etc. This group gets swallowed up by a group 5 times the size. Maybe there are a lot of benefits to joining that bigger group (mostly on the server infrastructure side), but it can also be daunting and disorienting to be thrown into a massive community and swallowed up into that community's "culture."

Whether the gamemodes stay the same or not, a lot of Kohi's uniqueness and community will disappear by being merged into Badlion. From your perspective, you see a moderate influx of players and a lot of benefits. But to someone who prefers Kohi, they might not see it as all positives.
