It's not, disabling certain words stops a small percentage of people saying something they otherwise wouldn't.
Three scenarios:
I get gg12'd by a guy who is better than me (guy hacks and rod spams and lava spams cuz he's bad etc etc).
I type "hacker gtfo MOD TP PLPS" and it gets blocked.
At this point I'm over losing to the guy who gg12'd my life so I'm like w/e I just won't say anything anymore.

I'm going to be mature after I get gg12'd by some guy who is clearly better than me and uses tactics that I've never thought of before like rod spam lava bucket right click macro gap chugging monster strats.
