Potion PvP is actually the type of server Mojang want to succeed, where you login and you have just as much of a chance as someone who's been on the server for 2 years to win at whatever the server's style of playing - which ours is balanced 1v1 and teamfights.Pay to Play/Access is allowed in the EULA - further proof that we don't listen to anyone about the EULA except lawyers.

I stopped after ten seconds for two reasons:1. I already hated this guy's guts.
2.He has clearly not read the EULA, and doesn't realize that IT ISNT PAY TO WIN. Its pay to be #1, sure. But that doesn't mean you're the best, it just means you're the most determined. Of course, again this is clouded by the limited matches, but it clearly isn't pay to win. How does he explain a non-donator like me making it to #25 on Archer out of 12,000 people?

It isn't even pay to be #1 (maybe to be #1 on ALL ladders). There are several people that are #1 in 5-10 days worth of free games.
