Gloryblade98, a YouTuber, who is a legitimate player, has just been banned by GCheat. This proves a common issue that a lot of Kohi players agree with concerning GCheat and how it is too sensitive for PotPVP, where you are required to hold a high CPS as opposed to other types of PVP. I, myself, was also banned by GCheat in PotPVP pre-merger, and I certainly wasn't hacking. Please do not play this off, and make up an excuse such as 'He must have been butterfly clicking'. Trust me, he wasn't, as I have experienced this myself. If Kohi & Badlion are successfully going to merge and revive Badlion's PotPVP community then this is a REQUIREMENT. I know that you have plans for Season13, but this post just simply stands as evidence that any GCheat bans pre-Season13 should be looked into and reviewed by staff members, as GCheat is just simply way too sensitive.
EDIT: Gloryblade recorded a handcam at the time of the ban, therefore this will be sufficient proof that GCheat is falsely banning players - especially PotPVP players for some reason.
Thanks,

"concerning GCheat and how it is too sensitive for PotPVP, where you are required to hold a high CPS as opposed to other types of PVP." Trust me, people like Danteh, and may other UHC gods, hold EXTREMELY high cps levels. GCheat doesn't ban if you get 14 cps. It bans based on patterns of clicking."Gloryblade98, a YouTuber, who is a legitimate player, has just been banned by GCheat." How do you know he's legit?
If you're basing "legitness" off of AntiSkid, you're deluding yourself. AntiSkid can hardly detect macro-users, much less aimbots and other ghost client settings.

why should we belive you he/you weren't hacking? based on your word?Posted on 30 April 2016 - 11:45 AM

Are you denying the fact that clicking patterns are different between what GCheat is accustomed to, which is UHC clicking, and what is lacking, which is PotPVP. And I know that he is legit, since myself, who is a player that isn't even that good at PVP, was banned by GCheat. I wasn't hacking, and you may not believe me, but this is my post, and you'll just have to acknowledge it as a fact. Plus if you watch, or even know who Gloryblade is, you'll know for a fact that he doesn't cheat. And I'm not basing 'legitness' off of AntiSkid at all, I agree, it's a shit-poor AntiCheat and is in fact harder for a cheater to get banned by it, than to not get banned by it.

gcheat has very little do to cps itself. It's based on other things.
i.e. You can get banned for having an autoclicker that clicks once every six seconds.
You can get banned for having two buttons for left clicking *cough* @kniqht *cough*.
You can get banned for setting ur spacebar to hold to click(that was a funny appeal).
You can get banned for butterfly clicking.
You can get banned for clicking trackpad and mouse at the same time.
You can get banned for all of these with like 3 cps.

Fair enough. Read the edit though - this'll be proof that GCheat is falsely banning people.

Badlion doesn't allow any of the things I just mentioned though.

You're not even making a reasonable point. I just said - Gloryblade has recorded a handcam at the time so hopefully we will soon see sufficient proof to argue that GCheat is infact falsely banning people.

1. That was a year ago. Gcheat could haven gotten a false ban then. There was an entire judgement day called off about then bc of that.2. He set of a kill aura check with a certian hit. That hit isn't "pot pvp specific", not is based off cps. Personally, I think he was cheating, but whatever.

So you are fully prepared to stand by your point, even if Gloryblade uploads a video of him fighting with a handcam, and going through a 20 minute screenshare with ghose? Because I just spoke to him, and he will be uploading it today. I think that you're just too closed-minded to aknowledge the fact that GCheat isn't as good as you believe it to be.

I agree that it does look fishy, but Minecraft can be weird when taking into account hitboxes, server lag, ping, etc, and visual glitches can occur such as this one that occurred not too long ago with a member of our community. Once again, it's comical how persistent you are in such a tin-foil hat manor.

guilty unless proven innocent
And I want u to tell me that is a coincidence that he got a fishy hit right before he got gcheat banned.

Guilty unless proven innocent? With that logic why aren't players banned until they perform a screenshare to get them whitelisted on the server? Fucking hell. And if that is true, then of course it is fishy, but you cannot simply gather an opinion because of something that could simply have been a glitch in the system. It's like calling somebody an x-rayer because they found some diamonds, turned around, and dug straight to another patch. I'm sure everyone has done it, including you - does it look fishy? Yes. Should you be banned for it? Of course not; it'd be preposterous to say that you should be.

And maybe you shouldn't adapt the kohi mindset that gcheat is wrong!11111 I got banned!!!1111 I jitter!!1111You've certiany been influenced by the community (as have I)considering as you said yourself, much of the community cheats.

but he wasn't banned for that. He was banned for having kill aura(ghost client). That(gcheat logs) alone is enough evidence, yet even more makes it far more likely.

That's like someone getting banned for no-slowdown(by a bot), claiming they don't have it, then more evidence is found that they have it.Last edited on 30 April 2016 - 12:30 PM by TrendE

I've experienced it first hand, it's not me being influenced at all. That's my point, I'm not just merely carrying a message because a YouTuber has been banned, but I am instead pushing this point as I, myself, have experienced a false ban because of GCheat. Yet for some unknown reason I was unbanned, and Archybot acknowledged that my ban may have been false. Why is that? Because he knows for a fact that GCheat isn't entirely accurate. No anticheat is accurate; and you'd just simply be foolish to try and argue that statement.
