I just think that it could / should be made a rule that hosts don't start uhc's before the whitelist off time, for example if there was a 9PM game but it filled at 8:55, I don't think the host should start the game because lots of people are hoping to join the game around the time it is meant to be whitelist off.
I have no idea if I've made any sense

basically just hosts shouldn't start uhcs early because non Donor+ players can't join at the expected time like 8:58 etc

This already is a rule. If you see hosts not abiding this rule, make sure to make an abuse report on them.
