HELP RANKED MATCHES GLITCH

I only get 10 ranked matches per day. When I vote, I get 10 extra so I get total 20 (sometimes less because the votes don't always work).
All my friends get 20 ranked matches per day AND when they vote, they get 20 extra.
So I was wondering if I could get 20 per day as well?
My friend told me that he used to get 10 per day and 10 for voting as well.
But one day, he randomly started getting 20 per day and 20 for voting.
I don't know if this is a big enough issue for any mods to spend time reading and trying to fix.
But PLEASE!
It is a big deal to me.
And I really want to be able to play as much as my friends too ;-;

One last note, some people told me that my IGN might get me banned.
If it is then RIP, I can't do anything about it tho because my old Minecraft friend gave me this account.
And I don't know the password for minecraft.net so I can't change my name or skin.
So.
Sorry to the Badlion Community for the "inappropriate" IGN.
Especially the younger kids.
