What is UHC?
UHC or Ultra Hardcore Champions is a survival and hardcore based game where you must collect resources and use them to fight off your enemy. It is well known for being:

-Hard
-Having no natural regeneration
-The inspiration of many UHC Youtubers

Think of it as hardcore survival but at the constant threat of being slaughtered and the world only lasting a few hours. The only way to regen health is to eat a gapple or golden head. Whenever you kill someone (NOTE: Have at least iron armor and weapons before engaging in combat) their head will be displayed on a pole, so feel free to mine it. To craft a golden head surround it with 8 golden ingots like this:

Tips
1. Avoid taking damage in the beginning as this increases your chance to die.

2. If you see a creeper run! A creeper will most likely explode and you'll take damage.

3. Also avoide Skeletons. They have long range and can deal quick damage.

4. Only go the nether if you 100% certain.

5. Wait for the trees to decay. They have a chance to drop apples, and you need apples to regen!

6. Don't dig straight down(obviously), if you fall in lava… well you're doomed.

7. Explore Every cave! You can't have enough gold and diamonds.

8. Use a bow for PVP, This is a long range weapons and it deals alot of damage.

9. Go to the Bathroom before you play, a single game can be over 2 hours.

10. Make an Enchanting table. Even its Sharpness I , it can make a huge difference.

11. Kill as much animals as you can, if you are gonna mine for a while you need food!

12. If you're a youtuber or streamer, talk, nobody likes boring commentary.

13. Avoid Cave spiders, Poison is really bad.

14. Look out for ravines, you can fall to your death if you don't be careful.

15. Avoid PVP in the beginning, you don't want to take unnecessary damage.

16. If you are fortunate enough to get a plentiful supply of diamonds and obsidian make an enchanting table ASAP. Try getting the following enchants: Protection 1 or 2 on armor(anything more is great) Sharpness 1 or 2 for your weapon and Power 1 or 2 on your Bow. This is essential sometimes when you are fighting other players as enchants can give you major advantages.

17. Always keep a water bucket, your opponent (if he's smart) will probably bring a lava bucket or fns.

18. Make a rod. Yes, I know. In your pvp to get your combos you click 13 times per second, but here in Badlion if a player has a rod he or she will have a better chance of getting a combo than jitter clicking.

19. As I said in tip number 9, UHC is going to take a while. Get some snacks and music in the background because it will take a while.

20. If you want practice go play a single player world set to hardcore and turn natural regen off. Or just play mini UHC.

21. If you are playing team UHC make sure you are playing with a good player, friend or youtuber bcuz chances are you'll probably be stuck with some casual who will quit 30 minutes after start.

22. IMPORTANT THING YOU SHOULD READ: Srry I haven't covered this. The border is what prevents players from spreading out too far. it won't kill you like the hypixel version but it is a deadly way to get stuck in a combo if you're cornered as it tps you back into the playable area.

Badlion has changed so much since that xNestorio video you posted, everyone around 500x500 is half diamond or above now, and everyone gets speed and fire aspects, so that representation of a standard Badlion UHC now is not too accurate, I wish it was still like that though xD

I did get him to 2.5 tho and I was 1 armor bar less and 3 hearts down :) was worth

Yep. Out of the whole experience I got stream mod, so it was worth.
Kahuna forgot to get mad at me for being a bad spec and instead took it out on Nyte LOL.
