Possible Appeal Bug (I might just be dumb)

Hey, I'm Fullcount. I'm currently banned on this server and i'm trying to appeal. I go to the appeal section and i follow all the steps, but i still cant find the "appeal" button.It says to make sure you're linked to the right account, which i am. This is more of a question and not a bug report so sorry for that.
