I was just looking at all of badlion's staff and I was astounded by the number of UHC hosts. This came to a surprise as badlion are in need of UHC hosts. Now I don't think that this is the case.I don't want to tell you how to run your staff but here is a little suggestion( I contradicted myself).
Anyway make it so all UHC hosts are required to host between 5-10 games per month, depending on what region they're from. For instance if a UHC host is from AU, they don't need to host as many games as an EU host
If they don't manage to meet this target, they should give a reasonable explanation!
Just a thought sorry if this causes a flame war

Well there is a set amount of games that hosts need to host per month excluding people on LOA.Posted on 02 May 2016 - 09:54 AM
Hopefully Kohi might bring qualified applicantsPosted on 02 May 2016 - 12:25 PM

Easy to say when you arent hosting. 10 games a month is 5 every 2 weeks which means on average hosting a game every 2/3rd day. Most hosts have school, some have work and have family commitments and friends. They may also want to play. Many of the hosts cant meet this so would have to resign so this would not fix the problem.

There are 70 UHC hosts in total. 70 x 6( the games UHC hosts have to host per month)= 420 games hosted per month. 420 divided by 30 ( days in most months) =14 hosted games per day on average. If all UHC hosts met this requirement, 14 games would be hosted per day. 14 games a day would be more than enough gamesMy opinion on how to fix these overfilling UHC games. Instead of spreading out the hosted games, for example hosting one at 1:30, another at 4, 2 more at 6:30) You should host them together
I'm sure you can look at the peak times for each day of the week and when most players from each region join ( so you can determine if you want to host an eu, na or au UHC)
This being said, host UHCs together, not separately. What this does is distributes the players so you don't get a UHC with a 600 player fill. I hope I'm making sense so far.
What I would do: Host games in a bundle of 3 or 4 at the same time ideally in peak times instead of spreading them out. I'm sure you can distribute 14 games a day in a way which stops UHCs overfilling.

Nope, I'd be screwed. I live in India, and I barely every catch any UHCs, and if they change that, then UHCs will probably all be hosted when I'm in school. So maybe distribute the UHCs so that if there's a large amount of players at one time, maybe host 2 UHCs then, but not all of them at once.

But still, BL supports players in a lot of regions, and if people are busy every day at the time they're hosted, it would be terrible. I think a constant spread would be good, and perhaps some concentration of games when necessary.

But putting the games separately causes 600 man fills
