I am a new player to Badlion, and I saw people saying "L" in the chat, so I decided to join in. I didn't know it was against the rules to until I saw someone get muted. Then I was muted. I was muted for "Bad Sportsmanship." and I hadn't know it was against the rules. None the less, I was muted for 15min, though it's been nearly 1hour, and 40minutes since I was muted, and I'm still unable to chat. Could someone help me out on either how to make a proper un-mute appeal? I would be making one now, if I knew how to. I didn't mean to break the rules at all, and now I am perm muted, by my own fault :(

Can someone please help me. I really like playing badlion with my friends, and I am very sorry about what I had done.

You had 4 mutes. I would be surprised if it was only 15 minutes. Wait a day and if you haven't been unmuted contact staff.
