Horrible hit detection

I have been playing Badlion since I got unbanned in April and I've noticed that the hit detection is fucking me over and I am horrible, I really really want to play but I simply fucking cant. PLEASE do something and feel free to ask me questions, It says I get 80 ms but feels like 250. I want to kill myself.Sincerely NoBow :>

You don't understand, lmfao I am getting around 250-300 ms it just says I'm getting 80 trust me I'm used to 144 that's what I play with on Hypixel and the old Badlion before I got banned. I am most certainly NOT getting 80 or even 200 ms it's unplayable. BTW I live in Alaska.
