Ok so when you host a UHC, you usually get a half an hour cool down.

But usually when you start one, but not enough people join to start it, it doesn't give you this cool down.

Have they changed it on purpose now that when you host a Meetup, etc - and not enough people join, you still get the cool down of half an hour? Cuz this just happened to me…

If so, this is bs.

Is it broken or not?
