Can i just ask. what am i supposed to do about getting players banned.

Me and my friend played skywars for around 1 hour, we kept fighting this team with a player called "Raptor_Bamboula"
First game we sent him flying off the map and as we turned for his team mate he hit us both off at the same time. We didnt think anything of it so we just played again, it was the same people. I placed about 3 blocks (i can fast bridge aswell so it wasnt slow) then my team mate called me out and said "they are at mid" this was on the sand map….. about a 20 block space to mid. We began to think they were flying so i messaged a mod (dont remember who) and said "can you help me" they said sure so i told them who it was and they said they would spec, the second i joined a game i looked at tab and saw they had gone offline.

A few games later we began to get pretty annoyed as these players we kept fighting were clearly toggling anti kb and forcefield / killaura. another mod came online so i messaged him and he said the same thing "sure" i tested to see if he was actually spectating so i didnt join a game and just said "did you see that" and he said "i was watching him" even though he wasnt in a game….. it makes no sense the mod clearly wasnt actually watching. The next game i joined i looked and he had left.

My teammate and I both reported the guy twice. No one responded and it was VERY clear he was hacking, my recording software is messed up so i couldnt record howeveer i just dont understand how we can last 1 hour messaging staff members and he is clearly hacking. It pretty much spoils the game as we cannot play, what if we dont want to play another kit? we are forced to just leave or play something we dont want to, and most likely find another hacker. on average there are 2 mods online on eu1 that is 1 mod for every 500 people, do you think that is enough????

This isnt a rant even though it sounds like it but i think you need more mods.
