Hi.So I was thinking.
Badlion should allow the ability to donate say, $5, and be able to hide 1 or all punishments from the public/website, but the staff are still able to check the records.
I feel this would help badlion a ton through funding, and wouldnt affect anything.
I know alot of my friends are ashamed of their past, and would do anything to hide it.
Please consider.

Staff need to have a background of players. Imagine a salty kid becoming a mod after apparently having a "clean" record but it would just be that he spent 5 dollars a couple of hours ago.

Erm no.If you do something in real life that you regret later on, you can't just give someone 5 bucks and say "I'm clean" and then all of their memory of what you did is just instantly erased.
You chose to do whatever you did to receive that punishment, just take integrity and move on.
Plus I like to know who the racists and the toxics are. :)

As well as letting the staff know you are toxic, picking up many punishments marks you as a toxic player which people don't want to associate too much with. Your friends may be ashamed, but if they move on from their past and stop being toxic - they can show by the dates of the punishments that it is in the past and doesn't reflect them now. It's a good deterrent since people don't want to be marked as a toxic player for their duration of the time they play Badlion, as you say it makes people ashamed of themselves as they are constantly flagged for being toxic if they don't happen to change their ways.
