I don't see how it will improve the way I receive packets, I tested this a bit and there seems to be no difference in packet loss or any way that should benefit or make one ip "better" than the other, the only difference between those ips was the little latency difference i got(5-10ms), I didn't do much testing so maybe it was just coincidence that one ip had higher latency than the other. I'd appreciate if you could tell us the technical facts which you are basing this on.

Like I said in my original post, this effects people in different ways. In my circumstance it does, on one I take near to no kB. But for you, it doesn't look like it benefits you in any way
