Get elo back when you die by a hacker

I know the staff have the rule that if you are playing against a person that seems be hacking you have to wait untill the match finish to punish him, but thats a bad system of report/punish, I mean, if the player is flying or using a big autoclick or killaura or whatever that seems REALLY cheater you should ban him in the middle of the match. So the legal player dont miss his elo. Almost all the hackers have 1400 of elo cuz they are starting to play (in a illegal form). So you lose like 20-25-30 of elo. Also do ./report meanwhile you re trying to run its not easy you know. also we can only make a report one time between 5mins. You should put in the console something to dont let players with clients/killauras on the server.
Also make this type of system would make more easy the job of the mods, they wont have to record or something ( I know you need evidence if the players wants to appeal but you have to tell him that you saw him clearly hacking).
Many players got stressed out everyday for the cheaters that arrives to this server. For example today I found like 5-8 hackers. And Im sure that other peoples thinks the same about this topic.
I talked to DexterMC about this after a hacker killed me and he told me that if I want to present this idea to the staff I have to make a post or something like that, so here it is.
