Requiro Cheating High Elo.

SO basically i met this guy Requiro And he was jump critting me from 9 blocks i played twice gapple with him and lost 50 elo and once no debuff and lost 22 elo. That's pretty shitty to lose to someone who cheats i prefer losing 100 elo to a legit player than 1 to someone who is cheating and does not deserve his elo.
