Eula only applies to things that give players an advantage, such as servers that sell higher sharpness swords for kit pvp. Servers are allowed to sell ranks that give reserved slots, cosmetics, etc.

Sugestion:· Remove "Lives". I think that people will prefere to keep the original way to revive (waiting 3h for normal users and reducing the time for danator).

lives are more 'original' than reduced death times for donators
