Yo guysYesterday I just hit 1.9K Elo for the first time (on this account, I have an alt which was at 1900 since like 5 days :)
My question is, is there too much of a difference between 1800-1900 and 1900-2000? I don't really know if I want to set for myself the 2K goal. I don't want to really do it if it's gonna be a hard journey where I'll end up suffering and getting angry instead of enjoying the block game.
Opinions?

It all depends on who you come against, their strengths and weaknesses, and whether you can win them or not. If the people you're being matched with have similar elo, then you'll most likely be able to get to 2k faster, whereas if you get matched with 1400's, and you win, you get 1 elo and if you lose you lose around 25-30.Last edited on 13 May 2016 - 12:52 PM by Gipton
Just depends on the player themselves as well as your string of opponents.I'm a casual 1.9k-2k player who 95% of the time will be able to out melee my opponents. The issue for me is I just have 0 patience as I want to finish the fight as fast as possible, so people who bow spam will kill me or make me just quit (which happens a lot when someone gets dicked first exchange) If I get a good run of opponents that don't bow spam me I can get to 2.1k but then again that's just luck for me. (for the record this isn't my account anymore, I gave it away as I don't play anymore, but still like to stay active on the forums)
Now if you're struggling to get 1.9k and it took so much work to get there, it'll be hard to get 2k. If it wasn't too bad to get to 1.9k then yeah it's likely possible if you get a good run of opponents that you can beat.
