Elo shows skill if it's high, but doesn't show much if it's low or average. So it does show skill to an extent.
Idk, maybe it will. But it's a pretty generic "how-to-get better at pvp" guide you can find anywhere on youtube.

I can say I'm not the best at Pvp but I have a pretty general idea and is hailed as a god in other servers.

Only thing you got wrong was the last line in the W-Tap portion. S-tapping is not the same as W-Tapping, they're 2 completely different things and the first people to actually start doing it were Me, Latenci, and Grimmjow, who later I think told stimpy about it (not too sure).
