Minecraft crashing while doing elo

Hey guys,I have been running into a problem which I cannot seem to fix. Everytime I attempt to do elo on my main account "off" my MC crashes randomly, and this only occurs while doing elo. Its extremely frustrating because I will beat a 1900 or a 2k and the next time I queue a 1400 and I crash which makes it impossible to get elo. I have tried everything I could think of:
Reinstalling minecraft
Clearing all my logs/only having 1 resource pack in my folder at a time
Getting new mods
Adding more ram (2GB)
None of these have seemed to help. It may just be because I have an extremely bad pc (average of 50 fps on practice servers), but I have no clue. Idk if it would help to post the crash report or not so let me know if it would and I will reply with it.

maybe your cpu can't cope with the mc, does your minecraft take up a large portion of your pc's usage?
50fps is pretty poor as well, try with lower settings etc. If you cant get higher than 50 I suggest getting a new computer anyway I couldnt cope with that lmao.

Ya thats what i was assuming, probably gonna buy one soon. I play on lowest settings and cant use high res packs its pretty rough xd

Do you have Zan's minimap mod installed?
