I've been going onto these forums less and less recently. It's gone to complete shit after late 2015 when the new people people started shitposting. I remember when these forums were an actual pleasent place to be. Anyway, onto the suggestion I guess.I feel like there should be more strict rules. Not exactly on swearing, or shitposting (although that would be nice), but the general toxicity. Players like crafty go around and literally just shit talk people to feel relevant. This guy literally just wanted to be productive, and clearly spent a lot of time on creating this thread to have people make sarcastic remarks and stuff of that sort. It's fucking pathetic. What makes it worse is that it's allowed. This type of stuff shouldn't be allowed.

Another innocent guy who was proud of himself. He posts a thread just pointing out his accomplishment, and once again, people bitching at him. I just realized how it's mostly the new players that do this kinds of things. The players who recently (last 6 months) came to the forums.

Eh, doubt this will change anything, but fuck it. Hopefully some new and stricter rules can be implemented to the forums

Naturally when a network becomes bigger these occurrences are more frequent and more obvious. Unfortunately there isn't any way to stop these people from doing what they do, except maybe implement new rules as suggested. I don't think it'll be that effective though as the staff to forum user ratio is very small. It's still worth a try however.Another thing I'd like to add is the fact that there are so many useless posts here. I have been looking through the forums quite a bit and find that Aymbaut and ty_rex222 have been posting a lot of useless things that literally make no sense except to boost their post count which I don't get. Maybe apart from your suggestion about stricter rules on trash talking, make useless posts against the rules too so that the forums are not so full of trash. Their posts adds no discussion and I find reading them a waste of time, yet I cannot choose not to read them since it's not possible to skip posts.
2014 forums were the good days even though I wasn't active then. The players on the forums seemed so much more welcoming than the players now.

I agree with everything you've said. But as for what you said about staff to user ratio-
Even though that may be true, there's some very active staff on the forums. Maybe 1/3 threads don't get read by staff. But I understand what you're saying.
