I have been looking through the forums quite a bit and find that Aymbaut and ty_rex222 have been posting a lot of useless things that literally make no sense except to boost their post count which I don't get. Maybe apart from your suggestion about stricter rules on trash talking, make useless posts against the rules too so that the forums are not so full of trash. Their posts adds no discussion and I find reading them a waste of time, yet I cannot choose not to read them since it's not possible to skip posts.

2014 forums were the good days even though I wasn't active then. The players on the forums seemed so much more welcoming than the players now.

It's a community in which I have fun in, and I am able to express my extreme lack of emotion and interest in my life. Idfk what @Aymbaut does.
And are we really wasting your time?
After a while you learn to pick up on subtle stuff.

Yep, I agree with this. There is no point posting if you are not going for quality. The only reason why I quoted you two (Aymbaut and ty_rex222) is because I view the forums frequently and you two are the most obvious people who post useless things. I can say a good 95% of your posts add no actual discussion to the thread.

I feel like there should be official forum rules (unless I'm mistaken; correct me on this if I am). Trash talking and useless posts should be against the forum rules so that the forums are cleaner and more appealing.

Exactly what I was thinking. I just remembered the word I was actually thinking of. Rather than actual trash talking as that's a really broad term. I meant something such as harrasmemt.

Eh the worst I say is "r3kt" when Hivlik gets temp-demoted, or "git gud" when someone makes a thread complaining about hackers.

I'm slightly neutral but I'm leaning towards a +1 on this post.

I do agree that there are innocent players who are simply proud of their achievements and want to share it with everybody. It sickens me that people (mainly the shitposters) immediately bash on them for a simple post they are proud of. Sort of takes away the point of the subforums like Arena PvP, UHC, and SG. It seems nobody can go around and simply say "hey I got my first win in UHC" or "I beat a 2k" nowadays.

Then there is the other side, which I can understand where they are coming from. People currently have the right to say what they want, and if it seems too extreme or anything that shouldn't belong on the forums, staff can lock it and/or delete it. Staff are also constantly reading posts, and just because we don't comment on them all the time doesn't mean we don't see it.

My point is that the rules are too lenient imo. I know that staff lock threads and stuff like that. What I'm saying is that the rules are too lenient, especially since Badlion is one of the top 5 Minecraft servers (playerbase wise).
