EnderPearl Glitch (Kohi)

Lets say, when i win a 1v1 duel in kohi i immediately enderpearl.( So there would be a cool down for 15 seconds)Then, when i quickly go to the next match, and i pearl after the 5 seconds when the game starts, it says 'Epearl Cooldown' pls wait 3 seconds.
i think its because the cool down is not rested when a match ends.
