how about a rank called the message reader rank, where if your apply gets accepted you can tempban, and kick players. They will also be able to read messages and give people lion ranks. They can even Permaban anybody that they tempban 5 times. Also they will be able to host their own UHC and read what people say when they say /helpop. Last, they will be able to enable global mute and talk during global mute whenever they want.PLZ ACCEPT THIS NEW TYPE OF RANK
