Range of fight

They should put a range of fight, as there are so many hackers they could put a range of ELO.For example:
If you play someone with 1000 ELO against someone 1800 ELO, if the player has 1000 ELO uses hacks, will win player with 1800 ELO, and has the highest ELO lose much.
Table of range of fight (examples):
1000 ELO fight up to 1200 ELO
1201 ELO fight up to 1400 ELO
1401 ELO fight up to 1500 ELO
1501 ELO fight up to 1600 ELO
1601 ELO fight up to 1700 ELO
and so on
